Charles Dahl is President of the Charles Dahl Group in the Minneapolis Office. He has been in the executive search business since April, 1975 doing recruiting and placement of accomplished individuals in legal, R & D, accounting, finance, engineering, marketing, and technology. These days, Charles focuses his time in legal and technology sectors. Many companies, law firms, government entities and non-profit organizations call on Charles, due to his unique ability to recruit top talent from the diversity and women’s areas, as well as other unique issues.

A graduate from St. John's University in Minnesota, he had been active in business organizations and non-profit programs involving education and social justice issues.
